Extended-confirmed-protected edit request on 12 September 2023 - 2nd request[edit]

Change "[...] Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad during a state-visit to Syria [...]" to "Syrian politician" (in the image caption at the section "Second term (2001–2006)").
