Project Ibex[edit]

The article originally included the following claim: [Hakim] also participated in Project Ibex for the CIA.[1]

Bainerman bases this claim on a deposition from Gene Wheaton for the Christic Institute's "Secret Team" suit. This is NOT reliable material. Removed. Rgr09 (talk) 08:01, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. Gene Wheaton brings discredit to any source that chooses to use him. During the Iran–Contra hearings, Hakim admitted he had bribed Iranian officials at times (my reading of this is that is because that was how things were done in Iran) [p. 757]; however, he denied doing business with IBEX [p. 758].[2] - Location (talk) 21:53, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
