McGinty name spelling[edit]
@NocturnalFlame: Hi there - I edited the page to change, "McGuinty" to, "McGinty" and provided a citation for the latter spelling, though my revision has since been undone. I've checked a few places online about the film, and they seem to be fairly split in which surname they use. My gut instinct would be to say that it's spelt as, "McGinty" given this is the traditional spelling of the name.
- This spelling is used by the Edinburgh News and Caution Spoilers.
- The, "McGuinty" spelling is used in three articles that I found, Digital Mafia Talkies, The Cinemaholic and Vague Visages.
So, I'm a little bit confused as to which spelling is indeed correct for this film. I know plenty of people by the name of McGinty, but I've never met a, "McGuinty" ever - but a noticable number use this alternative spelling. I may very well be wrong on this, so forgive me if I'm wasting your time, but do you know definitively which spelling is used in the film? Many thanks, and apologies EcheveriaJ (talk) 21:15, 27 December 2021 (UTC)
