Refinery Ownership[edit]

Just to expand upon the previous edit and the item linked to in the same [[1]] - To clarify that, in albanian, this is a company registration document that shows the company is owned by Rezart Taci and controlled by him and his family members. It also shows the minority interest from the Refinery Associates of Texas.

The previous edit incorrectly linked Mercuria Energy Group to this venture, I suppose, because they were involved in earlier negotiations (per older news stories and my recollection) though not the sale. Confusingly the name of the refinery includes "Mercuria" in it as well.

The company registration certificate (which is public record in albania) is just so that ownership is clearly defined. 209.211.166.3 (talk) 20:36, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
