AOL TV was to be a competor to WebTV later called MSNtv but for some reason "the new" AOL just decided to wipe it out and all references off its servers. This isn't an ad but a piece of AOL-TimeWarner history.

I have cleaned up the article quite a bit. Still leaving the 'advertisement' header for further revisions. Original article very much like an advertisement. --JudahBlaze 01:20, 12 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nature of the beast[edit]

Fair use rationale for Image:AOLtvLogo.jpg[edit]

Image:AOLtvLogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

not defunct[edit]

The AOL Television website is not the AOL TV product/service this article describes. AOL TV is defunct.
