Incorrect number of concerts.[edit]
The opening statement under 'Background' is completely incorrect. It states that ABBA had only performed 24 concerts in eight years prior to the 1979 Tour. They had in fact performed approximately 142 concerts going back six years previous. This does not include live promotional appearances on TV shows. There was an extensive tour during 1973 in which they played some 80 concerts alone. They had a European tour in late 1974 into 1975 and a Summer tour of Scandinavia of that year. And of course some 28 dates on the 1977 European/Australia tour. If we went back further to 1970/71, then that would include their performances as 'Festfolk', a further 25 concerts. But everyone agrees that what we regard as 'ABBA' didn't really start till 1972.
