Mermaids[edit]

This paragraph is unsourced (reassessed article as C Class, not B Class). I'll allow a decent interval before deleting it to provide an opportunity to show its insertion was not vandalism by an IP editor. Note that the history does not support any B-52 losses in the Diego Garcia lagoon or that a pilot was offended by his crew.--Lineagegeek (talk) 21:06, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

B52H colours[edit]

Hello,i don t know how often-if ever-you receive msg s like this but i hope you ll reply-so,i m a modeler from Greece,i m building my favorit B52 as "the devil s own 059"-i like very much your insignia which i have as patch-and i ve failed to find the colour details i seak in any modeling site internationally!-so i m going straight to the source!my questions are:1)the IP is a very light grey,is it the same with the the rest of the cockpit area or the rest has a darker grey?with cockpit i mean:side walls, seats, floor, and the boards that housing the electronics consoles behind the instuctors "jump" seat-i ve seen everything in pics which show...5 shades of gray!,maybe due to tricks of the light or difference between planes,so how many and which(in FS colours)greys are in there?is any-or all(?)-FS16473?(or 36473 anyway,i care about the shade) 2)from what i ve understand wheel wells and doors(inside)and b.bay are 16473(?)-but legs-wheels white(?),and the wing wheel wells zinc chromate(?)-if not correct me in FS please 3)i have at least one photo of 059 during landing in which very clearly has the flap wells "white",(i guess 16473?),and i can t tell for sure but i think the same counts for the outer (wing) wheel wells and doors-indeed,has or had these differencies? PS:Thanks in advance for your time, and i hope you ll reply and help me build my loving BUFF as correct and detailed as possible,in case you can include pics of 059 in and out would be very nice and helpfull but even if not, your info for the above would be great-chears and good flights(i recently lost 2 guys i knew in a HAF Phantom accident) Yiorgos1967 (talk) 22:19, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
