Positional Isomer[edit]

The article mentions a debate over whether it's a positional isomer of aMT. There's no debate over this: it is a positional isomer. The 2-aminopropyl group is in the 3 position on aMT and the 5 position in 5-API. That makes them positional isomers. If there's some new definition of positional isomer that's sparking debates like this, feel free to put the comment back in (with a source).
