I think stage 4 is probably medium mountain rather than flat. However, I'm not sure where the classifications listed here come from.

Same goes for the Surrey hills, no way is it flat, in fact the idea of flat and medium mountains makes no sense here as it's not like the alps or anything, but not dead flat like northern France either, so all stages except London could be hilly or very hilly but never flat or mountainous. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.248.140.189 (talk) 14:40, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
