More than happy to discuss the use of the MLL logo under fair use. There is nothing exploitive. There is no profiting. The use is educational. And if the arguement is that the image can be replaced by text, that is true of ALL images.
Pupose & Character = Educational
Nature = Logo (that the organization would actively want in the public eye)
Amount/Substatiality = Does not apply because the logo is self contained and not part of a larger work, to show a portion of the image would serve no purpose and fail to convey what the whole image does
Effect = Positive. This is not a new sports league copying the MLL logo, this is an educational use of a logo that only spreads the word about MLL, something that the MLL would actively support. Knfxda (talk) 16:07, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

See WP:NFC#UUI#14 image is not allowed. It is allowed on the primary subject page, but not on the season pages. Werieth (talk) 19:45, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
See WP:NFCI#2 image is allowed. Had I posted the logo for the 2013 Championship Weekend presented by Smartlink, I would be in agreement with you. Knfxda (talk) 22:17, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I reverse my point. I read the section on Placement on WP:LOGOS and it indicates main page only. I stand corrected. Knfxda (talk) 22:30, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
