Document FISA database errors

Results tables[edit]

I've copied the results table from the German Wikipedia to this article. I translated the various phrases into English, checked that all blue links point to rowing bios, made sure that redlinks aren't disambiguated without the dab pointing to the right article, and changed the code within the cite template to English. What remains to be done:

check that the refs point to the right pages
replace the German translation for the web page titles to the English text shown on those pages (copy-paste)
check whether there are in fact existing articles for those rowers that have a redlink
