Campaign[edit]
This states:
'Despite exit polls indicating a narrow Brown victory, Wilson edged him out to win the election. A major contributing factor may also have been a late influx of the Armenian vote in the California Governor's race between George Deukmejian and Tom Bradley.'[citation needed]
Wilson won by more than 500,000 votes , which was 6.6% That's more than "edged out" The statement about the Armenian vote should be taken down. It hasn't been cited in over 4 years and it never will be. In the 1980 census there were just over 212,000 people claiming Armenian descent in the entire United States with possibly 40% in California. Cite error: There are <ref>
tags on this page without content in them (see the help page). http://www.everyculture.com/multi/A-Br/Armenian-Americans.html Even if it was 50% or 100,000, they all aren't of voting age or registered to vote. Remember Wilson won by 500,000. Armenian vote was of no significance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bbigjohnson (talk • contribs) 16:34, 24 April 2015 (UTC)
