Hi, I'm Kingsif, and I'll be doing this review. This is an automated message that helps keep the bot updating the nominated article's talkpage working and allows me to say hi. Feel free to reach out and, if you think the review has gone well, I have some open GA nominations that you could (but are under no obligation to) look at. Note: this represents where the article stands relative to the Good Article criteria. Criteria marked are unassessed
  • Sources look good, AGF on copyvio and OR bc tools are down; sources are reliable and quotes are correctly attributed
  • Infobox and cover good
  • One commons image - suitable
  • Could the quote box be made wider?
  • Other tables as standard
  • Lead a good length
  • History and talk show it's stable
  • Follows album MOS
  • Article title is a bit unwieldy, is it unable to just be 1980 (album)?
  • Is past in their past jazz-funk style supposed to be 'post'?
  • Sufficient lead
  • produced by them both sounds informal, could 'them' be removed, or some other phrasing used?
  • Ok, both past and custom modular synthesizers - I don't know what 'past' is doing here, if it means something special it needs a wikilink
  • In The title track voices, I know it's obvious but I think it should have "1980" included
  • Could there be a ref after 'computer technology' - end of sentence with quotes in
  • And again after 'uncertain decade'

Overall[edit]

  • on hold a few things. Kingsif (talk) 01:37, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    • Okay, I revised all your prose and style concerns. I put in a request for the article to be moved to 1980 (album). isento (talk) 06:29, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
