correction to Friday grid[edit]

It reads: Saber of London was later replaced in the 7:30 Friday time slot on NBC on April 25, 1958, by the western series, Jefferson Drum, starring Jeff Richards.”

This is untrue. Jefferson Drum did indeed premiere April 25, 1958, but in the 8pm slot so it had nothing to do with Saber of London. What happened was this: NBC ran Saber of London on Friday nights from Sept 13 through Dec 6, 1957. It was replaced on Dec 13 by a nighttime version of Truth or Consequences hosted by Steve Dunne.

Saber of London was moved to Sunday at 5:30 pm starting Dec 22, 1957 through June 29, 1958. Truth or Consequences in turn was replaced on June 13, 1958 by Big Game, as noted on your grid.

wrong name[edit]

Friday nights at 7:30pm, "The Big Game" was actually called "Big Game" as the theme was a jungle safari. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAybipO3QV8 74.104.189.176 (talk) 15:17, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
