Přestavlky is a municipality and village in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Přestavlky lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Litoměřice, 32 km (20 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 38 km (24 mi) north-west of Prague.
