I think this interface page needs to be created with the following content:

[[Help:Reverting|Reverted]] edits by a hidden user to last version by $1

Due to the limited amount of space in edit summaries, I'm requesting that it be created with:

[[Help:RV|Reverted]] edits by a hidden user to last version by $1
