Lotu Filipine (born 27 August 1980,[1] in Tofua, Tonga) is rugby union footballer. He plays at flanker. He currently plays with the IBM Big Blue in the Japanese Top League.[citation needed]
In 2000, when captain of the Tonga under-21 team on tour in New Zealand, he was blamed for an alleged sexual harassment incident. Although he denied the allegations he was not allowed to continue playing in the tournament.[2]
Filipine played for Tonga in the 2007 World Cup.[3]
