Fatal Exception for Programming Languages PDF

Hi. I've gotten a "fatal exception" message for trying to download a "prgramming language pdf file". Anyone Wikipedia specialist for it?
Link: Url: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book:Programming_Languages Book:Programming Languages. Also as a tip: why not the txt/doc-file? Cheers! 109.189.67.107 (talk) 12:21, 2 March 2013 (UTC)

Proposal: Do not split blocked content across page divisions

I started experimenting with the book creator a little bit and added some pages which have "blocked content" Dijkstra's algorithm, and the code block was split across multiple pages in the pdf which makes it a little more difficult to read. Maybe blocked content (code, quotes...) could be kept to one page when possible? Maybe they could be treated as floats, not maintaining their exact position in the text, or maybe just add a little bit of white space preceding or following? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hwttdz (talkcontribs) 18:57, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
