Millwood Hospital is a psychiatric hospital in Arlington, TX that has been sued numerous times for withholding patients without their consent. In the past, a patient has killed themselves whiles nurses looked on. Patients have been neglected, placing smokers in rooms with non-smokers, leaving the rooms open on co-ed floors at bedtime with the chance of rape happening.
