Derby Ozioma Chukwudi (born 22 September 1997). Born in Dallas, Texas, as a first-generation Nigerian-American. Derby spent her formative years in Lagos, Nigeria, and currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey where she became "Miss New Jersey USA 2023" [1] on March 19, 2023. She represented New Jersey for the title of Miss USA 2023 and placed Top 20[2].
Derby graduated cum laude from Berea College with a BSc. Degree in Business Administration and a B.A. degree in Economics.
Career[edit]
Derby is a member of the Global Investment Strategy Team at JPMorgan Private Bank in Midtown New York and also a member sub-committee of Associate and Vice President-level responsible for creating the 24th Annual Summer Reading List[3]. Derby commenced her journey with J.P. Morgan in 2018 as a Summer Analyst and transitioned to a full-time role in 2019 after completing her undergraduate degrees.
