The Finnish Defense Forces, established 1918, has issued several buttons for uniforms since its foundation. The most known type being with a snowflake in the center. Said buttons are made out of iron, a popular choice at the time. Today, these buttons are highly popular among Finnish Militaria collectors, for their high-quality.
