Ateeque Ahmed Koppal is an Indian social activist, born on 5th July 1982 in Bellary, Karnataka, to Basheer Ahmed Koppal and the late Hafiza Begum, a distinguished social activist. Ateeque is the grandson of the late Koppal Rajesab Abdulsab, an elected Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Hubli City representing the Indian National Congress in the year 1962 during the Mysore State, now known as Karnataka State. Hailing from a prominent political and business family in Hubli, Karnataka, Ateeque is currently residing in Bangalore City.
