Darren Lance Adonis (born (1998-09-13)13 September 1998) is a South African rugby union player for the Cheetahs in the Pro14, the Free State Cheetahs in the Currie Cup and the Free State XV in the Rugby Challenge.[1] His regular position is fullback or wing.

International career[edit]

In December 2022, he was called to the South African Sevens Rugby Team to compete in the World Rugby Sevens Series in the Cape Town Tournament.[2][3][4]
