The Chinese American Service League (CASL) is a non-profit social services agency based in Chicago, Illinois. It helps to provide social services in the area including English language classes, job training, and child care for Chinese American immigrants.[1] CASL was originally founded by Ms. Bernie Wong in 1982. In 1998 CASL sponsored and opened the Senior Housing Facility, and in 2007 the non-profit was able to subsequently build a new headquarters in Chinatown, Chicago [2]
