Considering that cannibalism is the term used for consumption of human flesh by humans, I doubt that it is properly used here - many of these "mythological cannibals" are not human, making their consumption of human flesh no more cannibalism than if a lion or tiger was to consume human flesh. I propose the use of a new "Mythological anthropophages" or "Anthropophagy in mythology" instead.
