Do you have any source that this was not a parliamentary lordship? This seems unlikely, since it was the title of one of the most senior lords in the kingdom. PatGallacher (talk) 18:06, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Lords of Badenoch predated the development of the Peerage of Scotland as a parliamentary body. It's a bit difficult to prove a negative, so I'll turn the question around: do you have any source for anyone ever sitting in Parliament as Lord of Badenoch?
