Title of this page[edit]

As noted here by @ImSirLaserOwl, the title of this page should be 'autistic artists' (in line with the stated preferences of a large majority of autistic people). Thanks! Oolong (talk) 17:01, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sia being autistic[edit]

Where is the source for this? I know Sia was criticized for Music because she wasn't autistic and misrepresented autistic people. 134.199.119.57 (talk) 14:43, 20 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

There are never sources on category pages (see WP:CATDESC), but there are (or at least should be – see WP:CATV) sources for categorizations in articles. On that note, Sia seems to have reliable sources on the matter. However, according to the description of the parent category Category:Artists ("Artists who work or have worked in visual arts (not musicians, writers, etc.)"), she probably shouldn't be in this specific category but in the parent category Category:People on the autism spectrum (or in Category:Musicians with autism if someone creates it) because she's not a visual artist. --JAAqqO (talk) 17:03, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
