hello. I removed quite a few pages from the category, with no controversial spirit of course. I did remove those pages for various reasons depending on the page :

one was not about an actual criminal in the juridical meaning of the word
some had closer categories (that are subcat of this one)
some were (also) not to be considered as notable for their crimes.
