The 2023–24 season is US Catanzaro 1929's 95th season in existence and the club's second consecutive season in the top flight of Italian football. In addition to the domestic league, Ascoli Calcio will participate in this season's edition of the Coppa Italia. The season covers the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
