Besides the fact that it would probably be a full-time job, what user wants to sit around waiting for a phone call before they can actually use a site, and how many would pay for the privelege? Zoe

Wow. This is very nearly the last thing I'd want to
happen to wikipedia. In fact, I'd rather see Jimbo
decide to close the site altogether.
