Deleted section on two federal lawsuit cases because they were strictly insurance claim cases. Just because money was paid out doesn't mean what was said in the complaints of those cases were true. It was very misleading by the original author to include those in. School districts ALWAYS settle out of court in federal lawsuits because insurance companies will not pay attorney fees, which was the case in both the Hinkle and Elhifny cases. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.56.16.189 (talk) 04:55, 25 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
