Wikipedia itself does not comply with clauses in various RFCs about maintaining an unfiltered abuse email address (proper form abuse@example.com)

Bounce received 13 August 2014 upon attempting to file a proper, standardized abuse report. A Wikipedia article was referenced in a 419 scam email, a trend that is disturbing and which is also escalating.
