Redirect to Cancer staging[edit]

The previous version of this article only referred to the staging of cancers. For this reason, I have redirected it to the Cancer staging article, which describes cancer staging much more thoroughly. It could be argued that there is a need for an article that describes non-malignant staging (see this comment in the cancer staging article) - if someone would like to create such an article, this would be a good place to put it!
