United Arab Emirates Legal Process is not useful or edited, it could easily be merged into Legal system of the United Arab Emirates. This would greatly help with maintenance and help keep the info in the article up to date. Vyvagaba (talk) 16:45, 22 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support merge Adding a short article to a larger article is a feat that would make both articles more useful for readers and Wikipediens. Jorahm (talk) 17:10, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Change nothing to do with alleged previous sock[edit]

Pieinthesky1 your edit here, does not follow the sources. It contradicts other parts of the article, too. It matters not whether the last time a similar edit was introduced it was done by a sock. I made significant changes which are backed up by sources. Please discuss before reverting again. AukusRuckus (talk) 14:15, 8 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

For example, your insertion / reinsertion of "to the death penalty", with this source: https://web.archive.org/web/20151030104723/http://www.care2.com/causes/man-accused-of-gay-handshake-stands-trial-in-dubai.html is not appropriate. A report of a trial for a "gay handshake" is not evidence of the applicability of the death penalty (even if it happens to mention it). AukusRuckus (talk) 14:32, 8 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

[1] I will be adding this too, your reasoning is just assuming socking but I'm reverting 1. you're stalling me with this edits to distract I know you posted on an admin to look into me and this is your way to disrupt me in the meantime 2. the source is replaced already by the time you read this 3. I reverted originally because of WP:SOCKREVERT. 4. the other edits such as removal of discussion of punishment for crossdressing and other edits in other sections here are, I assume, purposely vaguely left out of your explanation so you can rationalize reverting me. I am still open to discussion but not at the expense of my time if you're just distracting me14:41, 8 June 2024 (UTC)

Please indent your posts.
Not distracting, just preventing damage. I wasn't trying to hide it as I said "Sock" in my edit summary. Aren't you a sock? Even if you're not, you are still not going about editing the right way. Try being collaborative, and reaching consensus. Despite my well-founded suspicions, I made a polite and genuine approach, to which you have responded with accusations. AukusRuckus (talk) 14:52, 8 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I will try to be collaborative but we can both be better at that, you came out of the gate assuming me to be this malicious editor, at least to me, so it didn't seem friendly to me. Pieinthesky1 (talk) 15:11, 8 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
