Lacking information - labile cell types, location, function[edit]

This article desperately needs expansion, even as a layperson I read the whole thing and still don't really know what a labile cell is beyond an abstract definition. What types of cell are labile? Where in the body are they found? What are their functions? And presumably there is a reason why these cells are labile, how does their lability help them carry out their function? When injured, labile cells are repaired rapidly due to an aggressive TR response[edit]

"TR" Please define acronyms before using them (and there is little need to use them where space is not at a premium as in a book). 2.36.89.229 (talk) 01:26, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
