This is a very interesting article, but there are errors as to where Joshua was born and perhaps died. My husband is a descendant of Joshua and his cousin has done a great deal of genealogy on the Rose family. She has made frequent trips to England to discover the facts about their ancestors.
Joshua was born in England and may have also died in England, not in the USA. He did go to the US though and his books were published there. Joshua was born in St. Pancras, London, England. He died around 1910.
