I'm a little surprised that someone from OTRS allowed such obvious advertisement and puffery onto Wikipedia, even if a copyright release had been obtained. OTRS is not a blank cheque! Anyway, I've stubbified the article and removed the unsuitable material on content grounds, i.e. not on copyright grounds. I hope it does not reappear. Splash - tk 10:56, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
