Flag Institute[edit]

This flag isn't on the Flag Institute's list of British city flags. Does anyone know why that is? Zacwill16 (talk) 09:44, 8 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

My understanding is that it isn't an official flag of the city; rather a flag of the people of the city. The Council itself calls it the 'Community Flag'. dpchalmers (talk) 14:30, 6 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
