Defining $\Delta _{i}$

Currently this article presents three distinct measures for the term $\Delta _{i}$. In all of the citations, the first value (diameter) is used for calculating the Dunn index, and it is not clear how the other two equations are relevant to the Dunn Index. Unless there is a good reason for their inclusion, II propose that the second two equations for $\Delta _{i}$ be taken out. (Lucas(CA) (talk) 18:43, 4 April 2016 (UTC))
