Luke Coutinho is an Indian author and holistic lifestyle coach who specializes in holistic nutrition and subjects relating to integrative and lifestyle medicine. He founded the Luke Coutinho Wellness Program, which aims to help individuals suffering from diseases such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and other lifestyle-related conditions.
Early life[edit]
Coutinho was born in Mumbai and raised in Goa.[1] He spent his childhood moving around the world with his seven-member family. Eventually, his family settled down in an older area of Goa.[2]

Coutinho is an integrative lifestyle and wellness specialist who made significant developments in healthcare through innovative approaches to wellbeing practices.[3][4] He designs wellness initiatives in a holistic way, with a focus on disease prevention and management.[5] His healthcare techniques emphasize sufficient daily exercise and nutrition to body cells, sleep quality, inner spirit, and emotional well being.[6][7]
Entrepreneurship[edit]
Coutinho founded the company Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems.[8][9] The company has collaborated with Saukhyam, a conscious lifestyle store, using the shop-in-shop model.[10] With the objective of creating public awareness of holistic health and wellness, he also invested in LetsUp, an Indian infotainment magazine app that is available in numerous regional languages.[11]

Coutinho authored the book Small Wins Every Day,[12] as well as Back to the Roots,[13] The Dry Fasting Miracle with The Green Sheikh, and The Great Indian Diet, among others.[14]
