Company of Merchant Adventurers[edit]

Amendment[edit]

This article, as I found it, was severely misleading, as the above comments show. Unfortunately there is a difficulty over nomenclature. I have renamed (moved) the article to make space for an article on the more important Merchant Adventurers of London, but am not sure whether the mew titel I have chosen is quite the right one. I have removed the 'stub' classification as I do not think it is now correct. I do not think that the other companiues listed grew out of the company that this article is about, but I will leave that for others to correct. Peterkingiron 10:06, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
