Actually, you are a little misguided here. You cannot just delete legitimate content from pages. You need to discuss these changes on the articles' talk page, before doing it. - Rjd0060 02:11, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

I noticed that you started a discussion. However, I see no reason to remove this information. There is no reason you cannot add that other info about Italy and Germany, however why do you want to delete everything? If you are saying that the information isn't properly sourced, then that is no reason to delete it right away. Feel free to add {{fact}} to the sentences that need proper sourcing, but please don't delete the information. - Rjd0060 02:33, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

Maybe you have a look at the copyright page Dave. If you take out a footnote because you don't like it but leave the text, it's a violation of the copyright policy of Wikipedia. (Unless you're employed by Wikipedia, then it's "their" policy, not yours.) You hate the referred to site because of its commercial orientation (oooo horror!), but obviously don't read enough German to see the commercial aspect of the lawyer's company which is also there. At least be consistent,
