Mobile Communication in Business has completely changed the way companies do business. Instant access to information or constant communication drastically improved the quality of life for businesses. The pros for a company to engage in Mobile communication are:

It can be hard for large scale corporations to get in contact with each employee. Management use to spend countless hours to make sure each employee was on the same page. With the help of Mobile Communication, companies can send out mass messages that reach employees. This save time because instead of managers having to physically check in with people, they can send a quick text or call out to relay the message. This allows each person from the top down to spend more time on their task at hand and less time worrying about other responsibilities. [1]

Instead of a customer coming into the location to fix a problem, they can call into the location or send the company an email. In today's world data, data is gathered by large computers and translated into information. This information can be used to show companies which products are selling the best or what demographics they should sell to. Data analysis can also provide the company with efficiency rates and factors that change production. Once a company obtains this information, they can use it to shape the direction of the business. Data analysis makes life easier for the company, provides customers with more of the products demanded, and helps shape the future of the company. [3]
