My interests include global health advocacy and state-level policy in New York.

In 2016, as a Political Science student taking courses in human rights, public policy, and feminist economics at the University of Chicago, I made edits to the Literacy article to include information about gender disparities in literacy rates. The relationship between female literacy rates and women's socioeconomic status was largely missing, so I added sections about the linkages between female literacy and economic productivity, as well as maternal and child mortality. I am interested in efforts to address Wikipedia's under-inclusion of issues related to gender inequality.
