Transition Management is also the practice of helping organizations move from here to there. Many corporations have a transition management organization that participates on large projects to make sure that the stakeholders understand the upcoming change. This impact analysis often results in organization redesign, process or tool training, and test/accept plans. Do others know this under a differnt name?
