WISER PROJECT[edit]

As part of the WISER project I propose to add the following to help clairfy the definition of a general contractor.

"Involves the optimum use of available funds, the control scope of work, effective project scheduling, the avoidance of delays, changes and disputes, enhancing project design and construction quality, and optimum flexibility in contracting and procurement."
