For some strange reason, the picture of the plane isn't appearing on the Main Page for me - it appears as text. Any suggestions why? Enochlau 01:55, 10 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Same here but it went away when i reloaded. Odd, probably come server side bug or somthing (or a cache isssue?). This link is Broken 02:51, 10 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
It seems to be there and then gone again. Every time I purge the main page's cache it seems to bring it back temporarily. Unless I'm fooled by my own browser. Something's up. --Fastfission 03:01, 10 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
The picture was messed with a bit in the early hours of the morning. It should be better now. Is the image server getting hammered? - David Gerard 12:17, 10 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Having the same issue as Fastfission here. Or maybe it's just hiding it for my own good, since I'm not at high enough an OT level to see what it looks like. Mindspillage (spill yours?) 21:42, 10 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The intro[edit]

I'm fine with people rephrasing the introduction, provided that it's not too different from the article, and that the first linked term is the featured article (in this case, Space opera in Scientology doctrine) →Raul654 04:40, September 10, 2005 (UTC)

Maybe a bit late now, but the word Scientology should be wikified, rather than assume that people know what it means. Main Page 19:44, 10 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Here's the problem - people complain that they habitilly click the first linked article, so if you link scientology, it will create confusion. If you rearrange the phrasing, people complain that it's a misuse of the term space opera. So this was an imperfect solution to a problem with no good ones. →Raul654 20:22, September 10, 2005 (UTC)
