The railroad of the Coast Line Railway Company, hereinafter called the Coast Line, consists of a single-track branch line located within the State of California and extends from Santa Cruz to Davenport, a distance of 11.904 miles.


CORPORATE HISTORY

The Coast Line was incorporated April 15, 1905, under the general laws of California. The date of its organization was about April 27, 1905.

DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED PHYSICAL PROPERTY

The owned mileage of the company, extending from Santa Cruz to Davenport, Calif., 11.904 miles, was acquired by construction between September 1905 and July 8, 1907.
