Participants by specialty[edit]

  1. Theseus1776 - specialize in Scientology's theology, cosmology, cosmogony, ethics, founding/modern history, OT III/OT VIII scholarship, relationship to other religions, relationship to Thelema
  2. Antaeus Feldspar
  3. ChrisO
  4. David Gerard - never a Scientologist, Internet critic since 1995, apparently what passes for an expert [1]
  5. Fernando Rizo - I have no inside knowledge of Scientology, but I want to help keep this controversial topic as NPOV as possible. 23:38, 13 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
  6. NicholasTurnbull - experienced Scientologist, now non-CoS (but not Free Zone)
  7. Roger Gonnet - eight years founder of a "successful" scientology profit center, 22 years critic, ex-"OT" - upper levels of the cult, 'auditor', translator,"course an case supervisior in scientology etc. Author of an anti-scientology book "La Secte".
  8. Tεxτurε - No inside knowledge - neither convert nor critic (but a serious non-believer) - Would like to see both sides evenly presented. Currently too anti-Scientology in some sections.
  9. Marbahlarbs - Lifelong Scientologist, still practice as an "applied religious philosophy". Would like to work on making Scn articles as NPOV as possible, add information. Not a raving lunatic. I'm still pissed about penet.fi
  10. Irmgard I know both sides.
  11. User:HistoricalPisces Christian Free Zone. I reject the xenu story but believe Dianetics and auditing can help mentally ill people.
  12. AKMask Very interested in Scientology, and portraying both the positive and negatives in an open fashion.
  13. Entheta - Never in Scn. Critic since about two years.
  14. Ronabop I like the NPOV challenge of NRM's.
  15. David Strauss No inside knowledge, but familiar with the terminology and background. Here to help organize content and achieve documented, NPOV articles.
  16. Grandmasterka - I've edited several Scientology articles now, I might as well declare myself part of the project. I would best describe myself as a critic. NPOV is important.
  17. Vivaldi -- Besides picking scabs and collecting them in jars, studying Scientology and its abuses is one of my most interesting hobbies.
  18. Xinit - I'm a skeptic of religions and religion-like philosophies in general, and try to be a good editor regardless of my knowledge (or lack thereof) of the material at hand.
  19. Jake34567 - I am in the process of interviewing someone who works for a scientologist church.
  20. Misou - the amount of extreme POVs in regards the Scientology topics fascinates me, especially in view of so much unused and founded online information on most articles. Lots to edit, if time permits!
  21. Glen S (talk ·  contribs) why not :)
  22. Badbilltucker
  23. S. M. Sullivan Don't know that much about Wikipedia yet, but have a couple decades of CofS experience.
  24. COFS - I like to see an encyclopedia online, and that is a way to go for WP.
  25. john196920022001-I am a graduate level student who enjoys learning about other religions.
  26. Aleta - already part of the religion & mythology projects, and interested in various religions
  27. Steve Dufour - I have never studied Scientology although I have had some contact with it. My main interest in the project is my concern that the present public hatred and contempt of Scientologists is potentially very dangerous, as was Anti-Masonry. (I may drop out of the project soon. I need to free up some time for career moves and besides it seems like the anti-Scientology fad is begining to "jump the shark", or the couch. :-) )
  28. Thaddeus Slamp
  29. Raeft - I am a Theology student and quite interested in religious studies and the advent of new perspectives. I'm a practicing Discordian, and will admit to that bias up front, but feel I can set aside those differences in favor of creating articles from a neutral point of view, and helping this project. Peace, all.
  30. .V. - I've never been a Scientologist, but the entire subject both perplexes and interests me.
  31. User:AndroidCat - Obviously a critic of Scientology, but I prefer well-sourced articles.
  32. User:bravehartbear- I'm a self educated Scientologist but no freesoner, I support CoS.
  33. User:Michael IFA- Scientology Freezone. President of the International Freezone Association. Following L Ron Hubbards Original Philosophy.
  34. Orbal1 (talk · contribs) - Very experienced Corporate Church Scientologist (Lifetime IAS, Class IV auditor, etc.), now off-lines, but not Freezone either. It's a very interesting place to be "in-the-middle" - having full ARC/KRC with both 'sides.'
  35. MartinPoulter (talk · contribs) - Interested in topics of religion and pseudoscience; PhD was in attachment to belief systems. Have been running a Scientology in the UK Media archive since 1995.
  36. Warlordjohncarter (talk · contribs) - Definitely not a particular knowledgable party regarding this subject, but can help in peer review and other activities not based primarily on adding article content.
  37. GoodDamon (talk · contribs) - I have no irons in this fire. I am neither a member nor a critic, and am interested in Scientology as an academic study.
  38. Coffeepusher (talk · contribs) -I study Normintive Rightness within religious traditions, most recently with Demon Possesion and new religious movements and how they interact with popular culture.Coffeepusher (talk) 22:20, 25 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  39. Taiwan_prepares (talk · contribs) - I am interested in Scientology's innovative use of intellectual property law as well as the First Amendment issues that are often implicated in their litigations. I'm also interesting in making available legal decisions on Wikisource as a reference for factual claims in Scientology-related articles.
  40. Spidern (talk · contribs) - I have recently become very interested in this topic. Although I may be considered a critic, I am most concerned with cleaning up weasel words and POV issues (on both sides). Also concerning is the topic of WP:OR, and prevalent use of primary sources in some cases.
  41. Waffa (talk · contribs) - I have been doing more and more reading about Scientology and it fascinates me how something like that (just an smart idea and fiction book) can become so powerful tool. I do a lot of research in various arias and plan to open up new educational website in Northern Europe soon that would also cover Scientology. I'm here so i can keep myself updated and help out the project from my little free time i might have.
  42. Newbiepedian (talk · contribs) - I am an internet critic and have been labelled a suppressive person by the CoS in late March, and I am interested in the organisation, the various works, and the actual beliefs of Scientology. I also find the various communication and self-improvement courses quite useful, so I do not criticize the courses and beliefs of Scn as much as I criticize their leadership, their organisation, their human rights violations and the fact that the stuff they do isn't available for free.
  43. NestleNW911 (talk · contribs) - Interested in maintaining a proper NPOV on Scientology Wikipedia Pages.
  44. colliric (talk · contribs) - Minor cult critic, with some formal background in Religious Studies and Apologetics, based on a Catholic perspective. Studied Scientology's history, primarily as a further hobby, and feel I can provide some insight, in particular into their founder.
  45. Spackle_Motion (talk · contribs) - Long time Scientology critic. New to Wikipedia editing.
  46. AntonyAPhillips (talk · contribs) - 60 years Scn. experience in Ireland, England, Scotland and Denmark. Thrown out 1983. New to Wikipedia editing.
  47. Tomisbrt (talk · contribs) - Non-scientologist but with reasonable knowledge of UK based activities of church.
