Articles with disputes (current)

Żydokomuna

Good article, now a bit unstable. Issues of contention: 1) merger proposals and 2) accuracy of a certain caption. See discussions on talk: here and here. 17:45, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

Certainly the title definition of the Good article cannot contradict to its content, if it pretends to be Good article. If you claim that Zydokomuna was alive between WW's, then why you describe events in after-war period? Definition was so biased that authors haven't noticed it contradicts the article's content.
Besides, the problem is the intriguing absence of links between Jewish progroms by Polish military in occupied Belarus and Zydokomuna concept. I mean pogroms in Minsk, Vilno (then still Belarusian territory), Pinsk, Mozyr. Vlad fedorov (talk) 18:44, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
Another problem is that Piotrus inserted one statement by journalist (one source) into desciption of the photo taken from another source. However, the sourced link between the statement of Polish journalist and this particular photo is absent. And I consider this to be an original research. I believe that the description of photo should have link to the photo. Just imagine what would be if on the photo of the egg, but then a caption would be added stating that this is a photo of chicken. Vlad fedorov (talk) 18:44, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
Jedwabne pogrom

Edit war over what triggered the pogrom in the lead section. Concerns allegations, RS, and NPOV. 01:12, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

Soviet-run peace movements in the West

In addition to deletion debate linked below, please note that there is a debate on talk about the correct title if the article is kept. 01:30, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

Communist terrorism

This one has a potential to explode in an all out battleground/edit war/move war. One user has moved the article from "Communist terrorism" to "Leftist terrorism" (obviously Communism/=Leftism) and made massive deletions of sourced material. It might be that there were some problems with the article to begin with, so whatever your opinion, please take a look. radek (talk) 02:36, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

Suwałki Agreement

Undergoing GA nomination; some disagreement among editors threaten the stability of the article and could use more external opinions. -- 18:03, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

History of Poland (1939–1945)

Not a dispute yet, but recent addition of some controversial sections may yet give rise to them. Comments appreciated on whether the sections are appropriate for the article (of due weight, reliably referenced, neutrally worded). As of this post, the sections in question include "Treatment of Polish citizens by Polish collaborators" and "The Holocaust in Poland". --16:26, 23 October 2009 (UTC)

Articles needing work

This is not for articles that are under a dispute, but for articles that need non-controversial clean-up, expansion and such.

Berdychiv

Historic city, article needs fact-checking, major expansion, and footnotes. 01:12, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

Anyone able to fix the broken link to de.wikipedia portrait without clashing with the en.wikipedia capricornus as a goat image? Thanks! In ictu oculi (talk) 12:26, 17 August 2011 (UTC) Category:Wikipedia noticeboards
